We have completed modernizing all 11 of our rooms in order to offer you the finest accommodations available on Lake Pleasant. All of the rooms offer direct controlled radiant heat, air conditioning, telephones with data ports, DSL ethernet connections, television and in-room Starbucks® coffee. The rooms have either a king bed or two queen beds. Unit 7 will offer two queens and a queen size sleeper sofa. This room is also equipped with a whirlpool tub for your enjoyment. Unit 1 is equipped with two queen beds in a separate bedroom, two standard sleeper sofas in the seating area with two picture windows facing the lake. This room is also equipped with a whirlpool tub.

You can sit around our fireplace, in our gazebo or on our patio, and relax after a full day of enjoying the great outdoors.

Note: we do not allow cooking or smoking within the rooms. The new fire alarm system is connected directly to the fire department and is sensitive enough to detect both cooking odors and individuals who are smoking within the rooms. Rates based on a maximum of 4 people/ room, 2 people/ per room with single king beds, each additional person will incur a charge of$25.00 per day.

Rates per night are as follows:

  • Rooms with King Beds
    $100.00
  • Rooms with Queen Beds
    $110.00 .
  • Unit 7 (small suite)
    $ 145.00.
  • Unit 1 (grand suite)
    $165.00.

We offer off season midweek discounts and specials on all of our rooms.

Rates based on a maximum of 4 people/ room, 2 people/ per room with single king beds,each additional person will incur a charge of$25.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations for advanced individual bookings (1 or 2 rooms) must be made by 2:00 PM one day prior to arrival. Same day reservations must be cancelled by 4:00 PM.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged for each night booked.
  • Group bookings (3 or more rooms) require a 14 day cancellation notice and will be charged for one nights stay per room booked.
  • Reservations from July1, to Labor day Monday can be cancelled up to May 1. After May 1, they CAN NOT be cancelled once booked.
  • If you need to shorten your stay you will be charged for the full reservation unless we can re-rent your room.

 

All cancellation policies apply unless otherwise stated at the time of reservation.

All rates based on a maximum of 4 people per room, 2 people/ per room with single king beds,each additional person will incur a charge of $25.00 per day.

No smoking or pets allowed within the rooms.

Check in time is 3 PM. Early check in's are subject to a $25.00 dollar charge per room.

Check out time is 10 AM.
